We are in 1979, the 70's are coming to an end and the Carne Bollente studio at the height of its glory, bored by so much success decides to stop its activities, thus making headlines.

The name suddenly reappeared in 2014 in Paris in the form of the ready-to-wear brand we know.

What history does not say is what happened during the previous 30 years.

We doubt that a spirit as productive as the one of Mr Carne has remained inactive...

Coarse and eerie, this is the place where ZSIGMOND emerged from in 2014. Within each creation, industrial silhouettes are met with handcrafted details, and the fragile beauty of heritage garment-making techniques is transformed into something more visceral.

Each garment is eco-consciously and ethically produced in Hungary. Organic and recycled fabrics are purchased from transparent, qualified European manufacturers and utilize the dead stock materials of luxury brands.

With a mission to craft enduring, timeless garments ZSIGMOND paves the path of the future with the heritage of the past.
