PAYMENTS

The following methods of payment are accepted by SuperOdra.com

Stripe and Paypal

Stripe and PayPal are two different payment processing platforms. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 it offers the highest possible level of payment processing security. Stripe is encrypted. This ensures the security and integrity of information by encrypting all credit and debit card numbers.

Payment methods accepted by Stripe:

  • Credit Card: Stripe accepts all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and others.

  • Wallets: payment methods that digitally store credit and debit cards. Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay, Click to Pay, and WeChat Pay.

  • Bank debits and transfers: Stripe makes it possible to accept credit transfers or wires with automated reconciliation. ACH Credit Transfer, ACH Direct Debit, SEPA Direct Debit, Wires, and more.

  • Bank redirects are a more convenient and secure way to pay from a bank account. By authorizing payment using the customer’s online banking credentials, bank redirects are the preferred method of paying online in many countries. Bancontact, EPS, FPX, Giropay, iDEAL, Przelewy24, Sofort.

  • Credit card security: SUPERODRA.COM Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security. All transactions are processed using a secure server hosted by STRIPE.COM.

    SUPERODRA.COM reserves the right to refuse orders if STRIPE.COM or PAYPAL.COM does not obtain approval from the customer’s bank.

Bank transfer

  • SUPERODRA.COM accepts also Bank Wire transfers not connected to Stripe as a method of payment.

  • Please send a request to pay with a bank transfer to info@superodra.com. Upon receipt of the request, Customer Service will send SUPERODRA.COM bank information. Clients have to send a scan of the bank transaction within 48 hours. Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached the SUPERODRA.COM bank account.

  • If the scan of the bank transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be canceled.

Promo Code

  • Customers who receive a PROMO CODE through the newsletter, social network, or an authorized website, can insert the PROMO CODE in the personal area at the checkout page.

  • Each PROMO CODE has a specific duration that cannot be extended and it can be used just one time.
