SHIPPING

  • As an authorized reseller of all brands on the site, SUPERODRA.COM guarantees the authenticity of each item. Once the order request has been received, SUPERODRA.COM reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased. In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the customer, the SUPERODRA.COM Orders Department will promptly notify the customer.

  • SUPERODRA.COM does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Orders made of available items, upon confirmation of their availability and confirmation of the bank transaction, will be processed the next working day of the order’s placement. or after receiving payment.

Shipment & Delivery

  • Shipments to Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City will be shipped express courier.

  • As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing the identification number useful for the traceability of your order.

  • According to the current international regulations of commerce, there will be an official invoice inside the parcel, along with the merchandise. The invoice will carry the total amount of the purchased merchandise in the same currency of the original order. Also the invoice will show the amount of each item purchased.

  • All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

  • Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.

  • Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, delay may occur in the order’s processing.

  • SUPERODRA.COM processes orders in Italy, Rome from Monday to Friday.

  • SUPERODRA.COM processes orders the day after the order’s placement, or the next available working day.

  • Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

  • SUPERODRA.COM cannot be accountable for delays of the shipments due to meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to SUPERODRA.COM control.

  • SUPERODRA.COM reserves the right to refuse orders if STRIPE.COM does not obtain the approval from the customer’s bank.

  • At delivery time, customers are kindly invited to carefully inspect the parcel before signing and confirming the completed delivery.

  • SUPERODRA.COM carefully seals up the parcels before shipping. If the customer receives a parcel that has been opened by Customs or by the courier service for authorized inspections, the parcel will be closed with a tape as a warranty seal.

  • If the parcel appears damaged, or the tape not undamaged, the customer is kindly invited at the time of signature for parcel receipt to add the note “Received unchecked”, or to refuse the delivery of the parcel.

  • In case the parcel will result damaged, customers are kindly invited to open a claim with the local courier office and promptly contact SUPERODRA.COM at info@superodra.com

  • If the parcel does not appear intact and the customer signs the delivery without the note “Received unchecked”, delivery will be deemed automatically accepted and consequently SUPERODRA.COM will not accept any related claim.

  • Please note that in case that, for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.

  • This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

  • ITALY, SAN MARINO & VATICAN CITY ( 2-5 working days )

  • EUROPEAN UNION ( 3-10 working days)

RETURNS

Returns

  • Returns in Italy are always guaranteed for any order within 14 days following a written request via e-mail (or form on the website) and acceptance by SUPERODRA.COM which will authorize the return at the customer's expense.

  • Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by SUPERODRA.COM.

  • For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.

  • Orders paid by stripe.com will be refunded to the original account.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

  • Any original shipping costs incurred will not be refunded to the Client once the order has been returned.

Terms and Conditions

  • Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging, and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.

  • Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.

  • Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

  • Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts, or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Items that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Client.

  • Items from the HOME area must be returned in perfect condition, without any damage, scratches, or dents. If an item from the Home area is delivered damaged, please contact us to receive instructions for the return.

  • In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact info@superodra.com. SUPERODRA.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

  • SUPERODRA.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent following the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
